This website

• We keep only your email. If you join the waitlist, we save your email address, whether you have confirmed it, the codes that make your confirm and unsubscribe links work, and when you signed up. Nothing else: no name, no location.
• Two emails, that's all. One welcome email when you join, and one launch email on 15 December. We don't sell your address, rent it or share it.
• When you join the waitlist, a copy of your email address and sign-up time is sent to our own inbox so we can keep track of sign-ups. It's never shared or sold.
• Unsubscribe any time. Every email from us has an unsubscribe link. Use it and your address is deleted.
• No tracking. The site has no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies.
• Where it lives. The site runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and stores the waitlist. Like any website, Cloudflare sees your internet address while it delivers a page. We don't keep it.
• The bot check. When you press Join the waitlist, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person and not a bot. It doesn't read what you type. Cloudflare explains what it looks at in its Turnstile privacy addendum.

The Lyman app

• Your project stays on your Mac. Your chats go straight to your own AI account (Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), not through us.
• Lyman keeps detailed logs, on your Mac only. If something goes wrong, there's a record of what happened.
• Logs never leave your Mac on their own. They are sent only if you press Send on "Report a problem". Nothing is sent until you do.
• Some things are never logged. Lyman's logs never contain your passwords, keys, chats, code or files.
